Foto de bodega general The Winery Javier García and Laura Burgos, both from traditional vine-growing backgrounds, decided to realign their family traditions and set up their own winery. The resulting winery is based on the the vineyards and estates that have belonged to their families for generations. Their lands, known as La Cantera de Santa Ana, are located in an area which has a long tradition of wine-making. In the heart of the aptly named “Monte de las Viñas” (The Vines Mount), they benefit from a privileged soil and climate which has traditionally produced qrapes and wines with a strong personality.

The winery, of limited production, aims to produce terroir wines with character. As such, great importance is given to traditional vine-growing methods and great care is taken of the vines. An exhaustive production control is employed aiming at achieving a constant balance.
